Prominence is a newer community, just West of Watersound Beach, that began building in 2015, and is separated by Hwy 30A and surrounded by State Park on the North side. The properties on the North of 30A are what they call their Triplex units – these are 2 & 3 Bedroom townhomes, and the South side of 30A are larger single-family homes. Currently there is a nice sized community pool on the north side with a small gym, and an additional pool of comparable size under construction on the South side. For your use, and rental purposes, a golf cart is a HUGE plus, however the community does provide an air-conditioned shuttle service to and from the beach during high season.
Another wonderful selling point for the community, for both purchasers and renters, is the HUB that sits on the South side of 30A adjacent to the community. They call themselves “The Greatest Back Yard Party of All Time” and it is a huge draw for families & adults alike.
