Seacrest Beach Real Estate
Alys Beach lies on the eastern side of Seacrest, with Rosemary Beach just beyond. The development of Seacrest Beach consists of homes and condos centered around The Villages of South Walton with excellent shopping and dining. Seacrest begins after the big bend in the road on Scenic Highway 30A, just east of WaterSound Beach and just west of Alys Beach. The road still follows the Gulf here, and passes through areas with an up-close view of just how wild and dense the coastal scrub can get.
Camp Creek Lake is one of South Walton’s outstanding coastal dune lakes and is the heart of the community. The Camp Creek Golf Club is very popular with natural marshlands (perfect for wading birds), more than 200 live oaks, and its challenging landscape.
